Her work also includes facilitating qualitative focus groups alongside her director, collecting transplant stories, and conducting qualitative analysis using NVivo. Whether she is building workflows or engaging with participants, Laxmi ensures that each step of the research process is handled with care and accuracy.

Life Beyond the Lab
Outside of work, Laxmi enjoys exploring new places, traveling, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. She has a passion for trying new hobbies, including bird photography and learning new skills whenever she can.
Currently, she is learning to play the piano, an example of her curiosity and commitment to growth both professionally and personally.
